GUIDED BREATHWORK MEDITATION
JUST BREATHE
The Act of breathing.
Breathwork is a meditation practice that uses a series of controlled breaths that gives your brain something to focus on besides your thoughts. This process allows you to experience a deep stillness that is not widely experienced through other forms of meditation. In this process, we are able to clear anxiety, sadness, fear, discomfort with the unknown and create space for what we want more of in our lives.
This form of meditation is particularly helpful for DOERS and THINKERS who have trouble settling the mind.
by concentrating on the breath, we can take the attention away from our thoughts. The two part inhale technique sends extra oxygen to your blood and brain, allowing for a heightened meditation experience.
I became trained in this practice because I want to bring this form of meditation to anyone I can, because of the relief it has brought to my life.
RETURN to nature.
One of the easiest ways to stay mindful and in the moment is to get yourself into nature. Whether it’s a quick walk around the block, a hike, a drive to the ocean or even just lying in your backyard looking up at trees…experiencing nature without the distractions or busyness of to-do’s or chores brings us back to our true selves.
Once the pandemic hit, we took our family up north to the beautiful coast of Mendocino County where we immersed ourselves in nature - the ocean, the redwoods, the fresh air, the wildlife. The return to nature was life changing and brought so much peace and gratitude.
The photos featured on this website were taken in Mendocino County. Even during times of stress and challenges, peace and comfort can always be found in the miracle of nature.
